Anna Maria and Gion Candinas are the sixth generation to run the “Destillaria Candinas”. On the 16-hectare organic farm, the Candinas family runs a suckler cow husbandry with around 16 mother cows. In addition to animal-friendly and respectful animal husbandry, the family presses apples and pears from the region in their own cider mill, pasteurizes them and processes them into the finest sweet cider. In addition to our BREIL PUR gin, the “Destillaria” distills local fruits and plants into the finest spirits with great finesse and according to old, well-kept recipes – without the addition of artificial flavorings. In addition to the house’s specialty passed down through generations, the Enzian distillate made from the roots of the red alpine gentian, other delicious organic spirits can be found.
